Wheelock Investments LLC is managed by David Aoyagi.  David is a 1989 graduate of the

Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.  He has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry as a developer, rehabber, and investor in both residential and commercial properties.  Having constructed, managed, and acquired over $500M of real estate in his career, his experience gives him a wide range of knowledge and a broad network of contacts.  Prior to entering the real estate industry, David worked as the CFO of a large, privately held food company. 

David is an adjunct professor at Portland State University where he teaches Advanced Real Estate Finance to MBA candidates and Master in Urban Planning candidates.  His course is part of the Argus Software University Program (www.argussoftware.com) and focuses on investment decision analysis utilizing the Harvard Business School case methodology.
